SIDGOA Enterprise needs Accounting personnel, preferably female, who are willing to be assigned in the Manila area and can start as soon as possible.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide accounting and clerical support to the accounting department.
- Receiving and recording vouchers, cash, and checks, and assisting in inventories.
- Posts customer payments by recording cash and check transactions.
- Reconcile the accounts receivable ledger to ensure that all payments are accounted for and properly posted.
- Summarizes receivables by maintaining invoice accounts; coordinating monthly transfer to accounts receivable account; verifying totals; preparing report.
- Performing day-to-day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, computing, posting, and recording accounts receivable data.
- Preparing bills receivable, invoices, and bank deposits.
- Verify discrepancies and resolve clients’ billing issues.
- Generate financial statements and reports detailing accounts receivable status.
Basic Requirements
- Graduate of the Accounting course.
- At least one year of related work experience is required.
- With excellent communication skills.
- Willing to work on extended hours.
