SIDGOA Enterprises needs Field Printer Technicians who are willing to be assigned in the Manila area and can start as soon as possible.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Ensure the proper function of printers and regular routine repairs/troubleshooting, including installations and replacements of new ink cartridges and toner.
- Must properly organize timely checking and maintenance of all assigned printer equipment for upgrade.
- Knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems, and applications.
- Assist staff or clients either face-to-face or over the phone to help set up systems or resolve issues.
- Replace parts as required.
- Provide support, including procedural documentation and relevant reports.
- Must be able to read and follow schematic diagrams and written instructions to repair or set up a system.
- Work on the task until completion.
- Prioritize and manage many open cases.
- Test and evaluate new technology.
- Conduct electrical safety checks on all equipment.
Basic Requirements
- Graduate of any Technical courses, preferably Computer Technology.
- At least one year of related work experience is required.
- With excellent communication skills.
- Willing to work on extended hours.
